Barn Swallows

I made Lilly origami barn swallows and strung them into garland for her room. I was so happy with how excited she got about them.

Baby Blue Sweater

My mom sent this beautiful sweater she made for my daughter. It's really amazing and is the exact same color as Lilly's eyes. It also has a funny little back story. My mom told me she started this sweater probably 40 years ago for my cousin, Pam. Well, somewhere along the way it got tucked away unfinished (as I'm sure many of you makers can understand). While cleaning out a closet last year, she found it! In a bag, with the yarn and pattern. All that needed to be done was the sleeves and finishing. Lucky for us, she tucked it away all those years ago because it sure is perfect for Lil.

i wish I could wallpaper Lil's room.

Problem with rentals is dealing with white walls. In my dreams, we would be able to wallpaper Lil's room with any of Emily Marie Cox's wallpapers at Hygge & West (especially the circus troupe one)
